Recently footage of Liz Truss’ speech to the Conservative Party Conference resurfaced where Ms. Truss talks about her role as Secretary of State for Environment, Food & Rural affairs.
In it, Liz is very, VERY excited about Chinese pork markets, Melton Mowbray pork pies and a variety of other foodstuffs and objects.
Because I love work avoidance (and I’m learning a new video editing program – yes, that’s my excuse and I’ll stick with it) I decided to put together a little remix of some of her best moments.
No shade is intended by this video, it’s just a bit of fun and I needed to do it as I couldn’t get “Pork Markets” out of my brain.
